Emotionally Healthy Discipleship
Course

Pt 1. Emotional Healthy Spirituality

Jesus' instruction to us was to love God and love people. He calls us to become fully mature disciples who embark on a journey of being formed into His image. He desires that we grow into a disciple who is both emotionally and spiritually mature.

The Emotionally Healthy Discipleship Course is designed to lead us into that discipleship journey with Jesus, starting with Part 1 - Emotionally Healthy Spirituality. It takes us from shallow Christianity to deep, transformative discipleship.

Our next course will be running in Feb 2026.

Your Commitment

It’s important that you are willing to embrace the journey and commit to the time and process that is required to work through the course. This is what we are asking of you:

• To seek God and allow Him to give you a hunger to grow deeply in this season

• Attend all 8 Sessions (2 – 2 ½ hours each week) – missing more than one week could limit the effectiveness of this course

• Your commitment to do the readings/assignments each week (average of 1-2 hours per week). This will involve reading the Emotionally Healthy Spirituality book and completing weekly homework assignments and doing Daily Offices 2x a day – with silence and stillness.
