Emotionally Healthy Discipleship
Course

Pt 2. Emotionally Healthy Relationships

“Jesus instructs us to love God and to love others. He calls us to become fully mature disciples, embarking on a journey of being formed into His image. His desire is that we grow into disciples who are both emotionally and spiritually mature.

The two-part Emotionally Healthy Discipleship Course by Pete & Geri Scazzero is designed to lead us into that discipleship journey with Jesus.

We invite you to join us for Part 2 - Emotionally Healthy Relationships. In this transformative course, you'll learn 8 practical relationship skills designed to help you develop mature, loving, and emotionally healthy relationships with others. Since our love for God is deeply intertwined with how we love people, this journey is about more than just communication—it's about deep discipleship.

As you grow in your ability to connect with others, you’ll also deepen your firsthand relationship with Jesus by integrating stillness, silence, and Scripture into your daily life. These spiritual rhythms will help anchor your soul and sustain long-term emotional and spiritual growth.

This course is ideal for anyone seeking to break unhealthy relational patterns, build stronger community, and live out a more authentic faith in Christ.”

    • To seek God and allow Him to give you a hunger to grow deeply in this season

    • Attend all 8 Sessions (2 – 2 ½ hours each week) – missing more than two weeks could limit the effectiveness of this course

    • Your commitment to do the homework between each session (average of 1-2 hours per week). This will involve a short pre-read for each session in the Emotionally Healthy Relationships Workbook, practicing the skills and doing Daily Offices 2x a day – with silence and stillness.
